1) Click on the photo to the right, open the PDF and print it.

2) Hold the page with the front facing you..
 ( the front says "Join Us for a Pet Party")

3)  Fold in half vertically so that the front is still showing.

4) Now, fold it in half the other way, horizontally and you have an invitation ready to be filled out.

5) Fill in your personal information and send it out.
